Fighting for You!

At Krumbein Law PLLC, we believe that helping people during their time of distress is meaningful.

Established in 2013

In 2010, at the age of 35, Jack A. Krumbein, Esquire and his wife Kristina B. Krumbein, MBA, embarked on an adventure to further their education and moved across the country from California to Florida. Their goal was to start a boutique law firm and raise their family in the Sunshine State. When not working, they enjoy the sun and spending time with their children.

Our Goal

When Krumbein Law PLLC takes on a client, the goal is to obtain as much recovery in the form of compensation as possible given the circumstances of the case so that the client can move forward in the their lives as easily and conveniently as possible.  There are many circumstances that affect a case including questions of liability, causation and injury, pre-existing conditions, credibility of the client, credibility of treating physicians, photographs, and insurance coverage. We work hard to integrate all the moving parts and develop the best strategy we can for your case as we manage through the process.

Jack A. Krumbein, Esquire
Personal Injury Lawyer

Mr. Krumbein has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients.  Before becoming  a lawyer he was a professional violinist who experienced an auto accident.  His left hand and shoulder were never the same. Nobody can see his injuries and pain.  He believes in helping people one person at a time, and he believes in the value he brings when someone's life is made a little easier after recovery is made in a case.  Mr. Krumbein speaks fluent Spanish.

Most recently, as lead counsel for a Campione Law Firm jury trial in Marion County, obtained a $3,085,000.00 verdict.  The facts involved low property damage to the vehicles, two surgical recommendations that were about two years old, three diagnostic injections and about 30 chiropractic visits. Out of the verdict, $2,850,000.00 were awarded by the jury for non economic damages.
